Come experience and enjoy the ancient practice of yoga, set in  relaxing atmosphere.  We provide a soothing environment for the focus on the deeper benefits you can receive by practicing this beautiful art, as you concentrate on tuning the magnificent body instrument.

Yoga has been developed for thousands of years.  In ancient times, evidence has indicated that yogis dating back 5,000 and more years ago, were concerned with hygiene, both inside, and outside of the body.  Well over 2000 years ago the principles for the practice were laid out by the ancient sage Patanjali, in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.  

According to TIME Magazine*, research institutes indicate that yoga may help patients suffering from conditions as diverse as asthma, heart disease, carpal tunnel syndrome, and osteoarthritis"  Yoga has also been shown to help people with lower back pain, insomnia, multiple sclerosis and chronic pulmonary obstructive disorder.

Practitioners of yoga also derive health benefits, due to the fact that the practice of yoga has been shown to promote the speed of the lymphatic system's draining process.  Yoga has also been shown to be a stress fighter.  It relaxes you, and by relaxing, heals.
